How i can get more jobs from clients? I am new here i have done just one job but not getting any response from clients and my proposals.

Try to add more details to your profiles, especially your overview. Your profile, proposal and reviews determines you being hired or not.
Work on your proposal, make it full of details. Avoid copy and paste of proposal too, take time to write your proposal.

I agree add more details to your profile.  What are the industries you specialize in?  List your skills (software expertise).  

Your $5 price for a logo will definitely attract a certain type of client.  Not sure you will want that client since they will ask for the world and never be satisfied.  Once you have a few projects under your belt consider raising that price.
