Is there a way to search for people that live in the same city?

A filter by the city is not available, unfortunately. You can put the name of the city in the search field as one of the keywords though.

if you mean by using the filters per city, no, it's not possible to do such. What you can do is use the filter's search fileld and type the city you want to find freelancers in. This way, whoever has included such keywords in the profile or description will appear in the results.

Another thing you can do is post such requirements within your job post description and title. and freelancers from those specific locations will look you up.
