Hi guys,
I created a freelancer profile this morning, and as I was saving it, after inputting the phone/text code I got the wheel of death. The screen froze. I had to run errands. I had thought the profile saved as we went along...Now, when I log back in, I am asked to set up a profile as if one never existed. Since I can't get a person with customer support, I'm sending this out to the community in hopes that someone has an idea for me.

I checked this for you and, unfortunately, it looks like information wasn't saved in your profile application. I'm going to share this with the team and find out how the information is usually saved by design. Meanwhile, feel free to go ahead and complete your application.
