more than one hourly rate

Is there any way to indicate more than one hourly rate in my Upwork profile?

While I have experience as a network security engineer, I am also interested in accepting jobs for non-IT work. (e.g. projects related to Microsoft Excel and transcription)

Since the differences of hourly rates for those various skills / services can be significant, I am thinking of somehow indicating more than one hourly rate in my Upwork profile.

Yes you can - I have 2 and each one is for varying skills you offer and they can have different hourly rates. Under your profile (edit Profile), create a Specialised Profile. See image.
