my account is suspended how i can withdraw fund ?

hi, my account is suspended and I use Upwork for receiving payment from a direct client and when the fund available in my account and i am unable to withdraw and it shows my account is suspended reason behind? i don't know please help thanks

You can withdraw your funds at any time by clicking the Get Paid button. Thank you.
