I opened an account but they (upwork) said "something wrong" and "I should contact support"? why? what is wrong?

When you log in, you should be able to see fields you need to fill in order to complete your profile. When you are done, please, submit your profile for a review.

 

If you experience any errors, could you please provide more details?
