this is the second time I have sent a proposal, and the person only sends me his email for me to contact him,
I am new, I have not had any work to develop. I want to respect the rules of no contact outside the page, even so, a window appeared where I was called out for that situation. Which is the mail, because when I told the person that it should be by this means he no longer answered me anything. But they did put a window where they told me that if I rejected the job that I could recommend someone else; If I am the one who wants to start working, I want to see results on the page first before recommending someone.
What should I do?
Actually, apart from losing the connections, am I also really despising this job opportunity?

Any client who sends you an email address after you submit a proposal is either trying to scam you or work with you outside of Upwork. Communications outside of Upwork before a contract starts is a violation of Upwork's Terms of Service. You recognized this, which is probaly why the client did not respond.
Click the "Flag as inappropriate" button on the job so that Upwork can review it. Once they discover the job violates their Terms of Service, they will remove it and your Connects should be refunded. You must flag the job as inappropriate though.
If a client or freelancer uses an email address in their communications before a contract starts, Upwork will send you a reminder about communicating outside of Upwork before a contract starts. This does not mean your account is banned; Upwork detected the email address and sent a reminder.

I really thank you for your answer, it is essential for me, even though I take advantage of it for the biggest doubt, I hope I am not annoying or rude, which is what I am looking for the least.
and when they give me directions without an @ under the pretext of showing me their project? and the promise to return to this page and continue the process.
I'm worried about the fact that I'm just getting closed out of opportunities 'cause only from those I've gotten contacted. and when I check my profile and see that I'm rejecting everything no one is bothering to take me seriously, what's the point of sticking to this page? if it seems to be the same recruiter with the same name.
