no answers on submited proposals

Hello,

I am new to upwork. I submited jobs and spent all my connections, and got no  feedbacks at all. i didnt know where to see hire rate or how often the client answers. So how can i get back connections_ Do i get them if i withdraw jobs?

How can i continue working with Upwork?

Hi Lina,

Connects will be returned to you when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. Please note this does not apply to expired job post and withdrawing your proposal will not return your Connects. 

Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or get a chance to be interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients. You may check our Resource Corner and find some excellent topics there:
