There are many reasons no one is paying attention to your proposals.

a) you are a translator

b) you have no portfolio

c) you charge $100 per hour

Ideally, you should not be using Upwork to try to find work. Upwork clients have not expressed a need for additional English-French translators.

• Poorly written overview with entirely unrelated info and countless mistakes.
• No indication of any translation skills or training or experience
• The way the overview is written would indicate that "English Skills native or bilingual" is untrue
• Poor profile picture
• No portfolio
• Claimed skills in skill section at odds with the skills claimed on overview
• Hourly rate presumably a bad joke?
