You joined Upwork at probably the worst time.  During the pandemic many people are searching for work and turning to freelance platforms. There is a lot of competition here.  Try other platforms.  Keep trying...

As for getting a reply, expect not to get one.  If a client is interested, she will reach out.  Good luck.
