Hi Dipesh,
You chose a very competitive category so in order for you to achieve success you really need to make your profile stand out. Make sure there are no grammar and punctuation errors in your profile title and overview. You may also want to hide the test with below average results until you are able to retake it. Take more tests and add some portfolio items to your profile to showcase your skill.

re: "why am i no response from clint?"
Dipesh:
Your post, which consists of a single sentence, has two capitalization errors. You spelled "client" incorrectly. Your language usage is incorrect.
You need to understand that you in no way are ready to work as an [any language]-to-English OR English-to-[any language] translator on Upwork.
Nor are you ready to work as a data entry specialist. These are the job niches you posted on your profile page.
You need to step back and spend a long time studying Upwork. Do not try to apply to jobs right now. Take three months at least to learn more about Upwork and more about what successful freelancers do.
At this time, Upwork is NOT the right choice for you.
