I am new to upwork. Since I have posted so many jobs but still there is no response. Even I bought conects through my debit card. Now I am. Confused if I wish to know that am I still a active member?

Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or a chance to be interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients.
