off line connection with employee

hey,

I have confused about off line connection with employee? clients. There are some cilents want to skype username.  can i connect with client by without upwork messege by skype?

You can communicate with a client any way you like. But make sure you have an active contract ON Upwork before you start working, and make sure ALL payment go through Upwork.

And if you're asked for personal information, do NOT give it, other then your name. There is no need for a client to have your bank account or credit card information, or any other personal information. They should only be interested in how their job will be completed.
