Hello, I am new to upwork, about 1 month. I was supposed to get paid for the first time but it did not work. I am from Montenegro, so we can't get paid through paypal( we can only pay, how about that?) payoneer is dead, local bank you guessed it, it does not work. Only 2 options are wire transfer and direct to us bank. I tried wire transfer but it did not work ( I lost 60$ Hoorey me!) maybe i did it wrong... swift address worked, maybe I put in the wrong account... I put the IBAN number. Can you help me? for the direct to US bank it requires a 9 digit routing number, i don't have that...
