payment issue

I'm linving on Cote d'Ivoire and i want to proceed payment to my local bank account as Paypal is not accepted here.
I tried to add the account as stated in the support 's Get Paid material and i'm facing this issue

1- When i use the SWIFT in routing it invaid : ECOCCIAB
2-I don't see any space where i can use the bank code ; CI 059
3- Is this feature only for US ?
4- How can i so withdraw the money to my country
