payment issues

I am living in jamaica,i recently started a work from home job using upwork to get paid through,however its been almost a month and i have not received my money,i am now seeing where upwork is telling me my payment is failed since lately ,i really need my cash and love to get assistance as soon as possible,i also contact my local bank CIBC and they mentioned theres nothing they can do from their end,i tried calling and sending emails and i received no respond.please if upwork have a valid contact number also let it be apart of the email too.please contact me as soon as soon as possible.
