paypal as a payment method not available

My client is from Philippines  and he have only paypal as payment method but he does not have paypal as payment method options. so can you please help me so he can use paypal as his payment method here on upwork please

 PayPal is not accepted from clients in all locations. It is not available for clients in the Philippines. Your client will need to use a credit card or he can't hire you (or anyone else on Upwork.)
