pending payment

hi im antonio

why my earnings still pending? its already 11 days, i thougth fixed earning only 5 days

Hi Antonio,

 

I'm sorry to hear your payment is still pending. If there are issues with your client's account, the payment will remain pending until the issue is resolved. I suggest you discuss this with your client so that they can work on clearing the issue with their account and pay you for the work you have completed. 

 

While we can't share any details, ask your client to communicate with our team to resolve the issue with their account and resume your payment.

Hello JoanneP,

 

Good day! 

I want to confirm the pending payment on my account. I wonder why I can't withdraw it even though I accomplished setting up my tax details and added my debit card account to receive my payment.
 
I need the payment as soon as possible and hoping for your clarification.

Hi Angelica Marie,

 

I checked your account and I do not see any limitations that would disable your ability to withdraw your earnings. I can see that you currently have pending earnings and the date as to when it will be available for you to withdraw is indicated. You can view it here. Please know that payments undergo the standard 5-day security period. To learn more about payments, please check out this help article

Hi Antonio,

 

I have to edit your post to adhere to our guidelines. I understand your concern that there was a notification sent to inform you about the bonus sent to you. The notification was initiated as soon as the client issue a bonus but the payment did not through due to issues with your client's account. As suggested by Joanne, your client will need to communicate with our team to resolve the issue with their account and process your payment.
