I suggest you discuss this with your client so that they can work on clearing the issue with their account and pay you for the work you have completed.

I checked your account and I do not see any limitations that would disable your ability to withdraw your earnings. I can see that you currently have pending earnings and the date as to when it will be available for you to withdraw is indicated. You can view it here.
