Hello, I am new to upwork. I am Chinese citizens who is studying in the USA, and I want to use Upwork. However, the system has repeatedly rejected my ID(I don't have a driver's license so i use my Passport and Visa page)  and I cannot connect to any agent.

You are probably not allowed to work on a student visa.
