problem when submitting a billing method

hi community,

i hope that everyone is doing great, the thing is i'm kinda new at upwork so im trying to set a billing methode so i can upgrade to plus membership, but i always get this error message.

PS: i'm using macbook air and i don't have kaspersky internet sercurity or any other internet securitiy apps at all.

please help.
