I've submitted many proposals, but I don't think any of them are going through. When I click on "proposals," the screen never fully opens and I have never been able to view my past proposals. This has been going on for weeks. Is this the Upwork platform or is there something going on with my computer?

I checked your account and I can confirm that you have successfully submitted your proposals. Could you please try to view the proposal page of your account using a different browser? Thank you!
