profile needs some necessary changes

Hi suppor team,

I am an executive member of an agency. When I submit my profile for approval it says I need some necessary changes in my profile.
May I know what specifically changes are required in my profile?

•  Check spelling, grammar, punctuation. WAY too many mistakes.
• your English level is set to "Fluent" - which seems a bit ambitious

There may be some language mistakes but I think the issue is not due to the language but due to any policy/guideline of upwork that I am not following. I can't udnerstand what am i missing. ( Please see attachment)

The image you've attached is from your freelancer profile, as an exclusive member you can work only on projects under the agency.

Hi Asghar,

Since you`re an exclusive member of the agency you can`t work as a independent freelancer. If you would like to submit your profile for a review the agency owner will need to change your status to non-exclusive member. Thank you.

 Who says he is an exclusive member?

If he has been asked to make changes, he clearly managed to submit his profile or he would not have been able to be asked to make changes, would he?

Cleared up. Looks like the OP mixed up "executive" and "exclusive!"

Even how can I work as an exclusive member, When I go to my agency page it shows only messages tab. How will I be able to apply for job?
