I looked at other freelancers and their skills subsets are not the same as what I see. This is for the specialized topics. For example, they have "training and development" scopes, formats, and purposes, under their specialization "Instructional design." My question is how do I show the same skills under my specialty "instructional design" because I only see "skills" and "deliverables." I cannot select "scopes, formats, and purposes."

I answered my own question. By changing my specialty to "instructional design" from "training and development", this opened up these subsets and I now have access to them. Very circuitous but I got it now.!
