Hi, as im beginner in Upwork, i have my first Active proposal, should i need to start working on a project or wait for an offer from a client. And how can i receive the offer in this situation?

Hi Ksenia,

I would strongly recommend not to start working until you have been hired on an official contract. In order to be eligible for our Upwork Payment Protection you will need to be hired on a official contract and fulfill the criteria required.
