"Create a new team" to post a job offer... cant find it!

Actually i wanted to post a job offer (looking for a copywriter) - but there was shown "only for clients" - so I looked up here in the help center where they said I would go to settings > create a new team - but in my settings there aint that menu "create a team" . 

How can this be soooo complicated?
