"Customer Support credited your account" - is it related to the Rising Talent program?

Hello, I am new to Upwork and I have some questions related to connects.

Today I received 60 connects in 2 parts of 30, with the following message:

 

Description: Customer Support credited your account

Connects Type: Other

 

The message was repeated twice.

Two days ago, I received the Rising Talent badge, and I was expected to receive 30 connects in the next 48 hours.

 

My question is: are those 60 connects I received related to the Rising Talent status?

No, they are not. You either received them by mistake or you had an open support ticket and they wanted to be nice.
