"Get Help" not working - Question about Umbrella Company

Hello - I am looking for support regarding my specific tax situation but when I click on the "get help" button nothing happens. I have tried using different browsers and devices but nothing changes. For reference, my question has to do with filling in the tax section of my profile as an American working for a French umbrella company.
