"Get Started" link sent for team invite does not work

I received a link from our Team Lead, sent to the address I signed up with. Attempting to use that link results in being told that I need to sign into the right account. I am. 

That I have to post this on a community forum as though anyone except Upwork Support can fix it is even more frustrating.
