Hello and good afternoon. I received an e-mail saying that the name in my bank account didn't match up with the name verified on my up Work Account. Now I have no idea how that possible because I am even using my real name (not nickname) João Bento in my UpWork account and that's also the name on my bank account which is personal, not of a company. Maybe this was due to me changing the account name the first time I created the account.
I had Jonny Guitar has my name which was a mistake because it assumed my nickname on the Gmail account. I corrected it soon thereafter after creating the account tho.
