Hi there,
I've been on Upwork for about a month and tried to figure out this problem. My name is Jacqueline **Edited for Community Guidelines**, and it will not let me add the hyphen in the middle on my bank details, so I can't withdraw my money as it's saying my name doesn't match!
I've been in back and forth emails with Upwork where I gave them my identification and my bank statements, and it's still saying, "Payment method verification in progress." When I click "get paid now", it's saying there is no active payment method. The emails from Upwork have been telling me the same thing repeatedly: to send the same documents. Any advice on what I'm doing wrong would be much appreciated.
