"Unable to load messages"

Hi, 

I am getting error of loading messages since two days ago, I am new in upwork and yesterday Ive got the first response from my client. Unfortunately I cant have access to the messages, and it says unable to load messages and never show up. 

I tried multiple browser, clean cookies cache,, change IP as my IP is static , I am based in Spain, but still does not work. I tried to change IPV4-IPV6 setting, and so on, but no success. Any suggestion of what can be it? I want to start working here, but if I am not able to access to the messages of the clients there is no point to keep using upwork.
