"Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."

I got this notification "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support." Email from upwork says "We have reviewed your profile information and we have identified identity-related infractions that violate our Terms of Service." So I added all valid info about myself in setting and still see that notify. Could you please provide exact reason of "suspention"?
