refund for double charge

I first tried using papal for the escrow amount. It did not seem to work. Then I get a notice that it charged my papal account 2 small charges, enter the amounts. I did. Still did not seem to work. I entered a charge card for the full amount of escrow. STILL did not seem to work. I went to bed. The next day it seems BOTH accounts were charged. I need one of the accounts refunded.
