can I request for a return withdrawal to my account, I need to change my bank account information? Thanks.

Hi Lyra,

Since your withdrawal was successful we cant cancel it or return it. If you don't receive your funds after 8 business days let us know and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Thank you!

It is not successful my bank says, I can't get my money because my bank account is just for domestic purposes meaning I can't get money from international remittance, so I have to change a bank account.

 In that case the money will automatically be returned to your Upwork account. It usually takes a couple of weeks, sometimes longer!
