How do you setup with upwork with bank acc?

Hi Craig, 

You should be able to setup your payment options by going to your Settings page > Get paid page > and clicking on the Add Method button. You may read up on this help article on how to add your bank account to your Upwork account should you choose the Direct to Local bank option.
