Welcome to upwork.

I see you have invested time in building your profile. and I personally think you have done a good job.

If I had to make comments, id say put your skills on top or some unique selling point to attract attention. 

besides that, you need to build some experience, and that comes gradually. 

Tips 
Only apply for jobs that perfectly fits your area of expertise. 
and write a custom proposal every time. try to answer client question on the top or give him suggestions. 

Our end goal here is to get them read your proposal, they dont have time to check them all.....
