submission of proposal

Hi... i made my account on upwork 2 years ago. After that when i tried to contact a client, the option for submitting a proposal was off for me and it was said to update the profile although i had given all the necessary details. Now today again i tried to submit a proposal and again same thing happend. Can u please tell me the reason?

Hi Dua,

Please expand your profile overview and clearly describe your skills and experience. Make sure your overview, title, name, certifications, employment and education history sections do not have spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors, and the words are capitalized where appropriate. Your profile picture has to be an actual photo of you.
Please review the Getting Started as a Freelancer section of the Help Center for more information. Once you update you profile, you can resubmit it for another review.
