When I try to sumbit a Perposal i get this message

 You don't seem to have completed your profile at all....

Hello Rim,

Please, click on the round picture in the upper right corner and make sure you switch to your Freelancer account. Then go to the Settings using the same menu and click "Edit" next to "Location" in the Contact Info section. Complete the fields and save.

Huh?? He has an (incomplete) freelancer profile, not a client account.
