I am new to upwork and i am sorry if someone ask this before.
But, I am tottally confuse and need more explaination and help on submitting the W-8BEN form.
I try to find a place to send e-mail to upwork customer service but I also couldnt find it.
my confusing is the tax information page as shown in the photo

So must provide W-8Ben information. Is that mean i have to submit the form someplace or filling my name is equal to fill the form.
