how should i deal with submitted proposals which clients do not update the project status ?

should i remove them after a specific period ! or should i just keep them so clients may still want to hire me for that job !

I just ignore them. Is there any reason to remove them?

Leave them. Upwork automatically archives them after a few months.

yeah i pretty much was going to ignore them but then I though what if that could affect my job success rate at any level !? so do they !?

No, they don't. Only the jobs that you actually get hired to do will affect your JSS.
