I keep getting this

even though my address is updated.

would appreciate some assistance.

Hi Ghassen,

Could you please go to your Settings> Contact Info and update your Location information to make sure all fields (City, Postal Code, etc) are complete with accurate information?

Yeah thanks for your reply, the problem was my billing address.
So i added it and it works now, thanks again.
