suspended cant withdraw

I just delivered a $300 project... but my client acct was placed on hold and im unable to withdraw funds

Hi Ifemayowa,

If the escrow was funded upon activating the contract, the funded amount should be automatically released 14 days after you have submitted your work regardless to the client's account status, because the money is already in the escrow. At least that's what it should be like, if anyone finds this information incorrect, please do let me know.
