hi I am not a USA person and I am jobless. You know my account is older and you can also see the records that I wahbe never Post or apply for any job before. but this time I am back for UPWORK and You asked me to fill a tax form. How a jobless person can pay the tax?

Hi Shaharyar,

When you fill out our W8 form you can select the option to fill out the form as a Non-US person. You will need to advise with a tax specialist in your country on how to report your earnings and pay taxes.
