test expired! help!

Hi,

I am trying to take the English Spelling Test (U.S. Version), but the website says that it expired for me, and I cannot take it before 3 months. This is wrong because I have never even attempted this test.
I opened the instructions page for the test in my browser window, but then I realized that I didn't have enough time to do it, and I closed the browser without ever proceeding to the first question.

I didn't start the test, and I was planning to do so later today, but now I cannot do it.
Please reset it for me.
