How can I have client's that I have worked with in the past and clients I'm currently working with, not online clients, give testimonials on here to help me get more clients on here so I can also help make yall more money from clients paying me more on here?

 You can put the work you did for them in your portfolio and include their testimonials.

What Petra said, except you should also put the testimonial text in your profile.  Portfolio pieces don't have a lot of visibility since the client feedback would be hidden behind a click.
