I joined upwork about two years ago, so far no badges and my top rated eligible weeks is always zero, why?

Because you don't have a job success score over 90% and no Rising Talent status so obviously you are not eligible for "eligible weeks" yet.

I have 100% JSS
16 of 16 weeks
100% completed profile
No holds..

And i am still not top rated. On the contrary i lost "You are almost top rated" notification.

What is the reason for this. Please can anyone help.
