transfer Lifetime billed amount to bank account

I have recently been credited $25 in lifetime billing. But it is showing 0 balance when I go to GET PAID in settings. Can anybody help me in transferring this amount to my bank account?

Hi Swarnima,

When you're getting paid on fixed price contracts, the funds will become available on your account after our 5 days security period has finished. To view in what stage your funds are, go to Reports > Overview. To learn more about how you can withdraw your funds once they are available, check out this Help Article. Thank you.

Hi Raja,

The lifetime billed amount shows the total amount you billed your client, it is not a separate payment that you see on your transaction history. You may go to your Get Paid section in your settings to be any amount available to be withdrawn.
