upwork declined valid id card

Hello community!

I'm trying to go through identity verification process. I have no pasport, I have government issued  ID card, which is a valid identity card in my country (it contains my Name, surname, birth date, photo and personal No).

In this regard, I selected "other" in "Govrnment issued photo id" dropdown list and uploaded my id card. Unfortunately upwork rejected it with message that it is an unsupported document. what can I do?
