upwork is now rejecting my card

i need to pay my freelancers FAST!! Upwork is rejecting my ccard in the name of "Charge failed"

Is it because i have an incoming refund on it from upwork?? help me fast, im in deep trouble if i dont pay and get my work!!!!!  

The card used to work just LAST FRIDAY!!!
