what does "interview in process" mean? Can't be hired now?

Hello,

I sent out an invite to a freelancer and it looked like it went through.  However, when I open up my favorites and look at the person, the "invite" button  is not faded.  When I click on their profile, it says Interview in Process.  Does this mean they are talking to someone else and my invite didn't go out to then yet?  Or is that meant for me?  Its just not clear to me when on different pages if my invite actually is reaching the candidates or not.  Please advise.  thanks!

Hi Lisa,

Usually, our system takes some time to update and process your invite. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue? You can check your Job Post and see if the freelancer you're referring to is listed under Invited freelancers.
